We do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons unless the product is unopened and requested within 30 days of the original purchase (exchange not available).
All returns must be received at our facility within 2 weeks after the return label is emailed to you; otherwise, we may not approve a full refund or provide another return label.
We reserve the right to monitor and restrict returns, refuse returns, or charge return processing fees. If our policy is found to be abused, we may take action at our discretion, and there is no recourse. We are not obligated to disclose our reasons and methods beyond informing the consumer that their refund request was denied due to misuse of our return policy. Returns not approved by our team or not meeting return criteria will be recycled or disposed of.
We are not responsible for orders delivered by forwarding companies, including damage, defects, material differences, or loss. No replacements or refunds will be provided for orders delivered by forwarding companies. If the packaging is lost or damaged after being received by the forwarding company, please contact the forwarding company directly as they are responsible.
What is the international return policy?
Currently, we do not accept international returns.
Complete the Return Form and Print the Prepaid Label
The return label will be sent to the email address associated with your original order unless otherwise specified. We can only process returns if the return/exchange form is included and the desired action is indicated.
Package the Return
Please securely package the item and include the return slip in the package. Attach the prepaid return label to the box and ship it to the specified return address.
